We supply both plastic strip and wire coil collation formats. Plastic strip collation is standard for drywall and chipboard applications, while wire coil collation is common for framing, decking, and sub-floor screw systems. The format, angle, and screw spacing are manufactured to your specification so the strips are compatible with the screwgun system your customers are using.
Our collated screws are manufactured to match the strip angle, screw spacing, and drive configuration of all major screwgun systems used in North American and European construction markets. Compatibility specifications are confirmed at the sampling stage before production. If you supply a particular brand or system reference, we will match to it.
Yes. We manufacture collated screws to DIN, JIS, and ISO thread and dimensional standards, as well as to custom specifications for markets where specific regional requirements apply. CE marking is available for products distributed within the European Union. If your market requires documentation to a specific standard, let us know at inquiry stage and we will confirm compliance.
Our collated range covers self-drilling screws, chipboard screws, drywall screws, and sub-floor screws. Within each type, we can configure thread profile, point type, head style, and drive recess to your requirements. Stainless steel grades are available for applications in exterior, coastal, or high-humidity environments.
Yes. We supply collated screws under OEM and private label arrangements for retail chains, hardware distributors, and branded fastener lines. This includes custom printed cartons, retail-ready packaging formats, and branded strip collation labels. Packaging specifications are developed during the sampling process to align with your planogram and shelf requirements.
Standard options include phosphate black for interior drywall and framing applications, zinc and yellow zinc for general corrosion protection, and Ruspert silver for high-corrosion environments. Stainless steel grades 304 and 316 are available as alternatives to surface-treated carbon steel where long-term corrosion resistance is required, such as exterior decking, cladding, or coastal construction.
Yes. Reverse-engineering an existing collated screw product is a standard part of our sampling process. Provide a sample of the current product or a detailed specification sheet and we will manufacture a matched sample for your evaluation and approval before any production order is confirmed.

To quote accurately, we need the screw type, diameter and length, collation format and strip angle, material and surface treatment, target market or applicable standard, and your packaging requirements. If you have an existing product you want matched, a sample or technical drawing speeds the process considerably. We will confirm lead times and pricing based on your volume requirements.
Yes. Our collated range covers both substrate types. For wood framing and subfloor applications, we supply coarse-thread screws in strip and coil formats with Type 17 points for clean penetration without pre-drilling. For metal framing and light steel construction, we supply fine-thread and self-drilling collated variants.
Material gauge capability and drill point number are specified based on the substrate thickness your application requires.
